Shanghai Zhangxin Biomedical Technology Co., Ltd. is located in Zhangjiang biomedical base, the national biomedical technology industrial base in Shanghai. Based on the field of life and health, the company takes the relationship between cell aging and disease as the research direction, explores the relationship between metabolism and health, and develops personalized nutrition solutions and products, striving to make due contributions to improving the health level of the whole people 。
Research project
At present, we have worked closely with experts and scholars from the new drug creation Laboratory of Shanghai Institute of higher learning, Chinese Academy of Sciences and related institutes of China Pharmaceutical University to actively carry out research and industrialization research on the following projects:
1) Using yeast bioreactor to produce bioactive substances with high nutritional value-added and economic value-added;
2) Using advanced pharmaceutical preparation technology to preserve biological macromolecules and cells to ensure the biological activity and nutritional value of biological macromolecules (such as omega-3 unsaturated fatty acids) and cells (such as probiotic cells);
3) To construct the molecular cell level and experimental animal standard model related to tumor diseases, to screen the effective components of natural products, and to develop relevant basic nutrition, functional nutrition and natural product intervention products according to the metabolic characteristics of tumor population. In the future, we will further expand the research system to other elderly related chronic disease risk screening and intervention;
4) It is planned to carry out the analysis, modification, anti-tumor and immunoenhancement mechanism of Polysaccharide from edible fungus.
Ecological construction
Zhang Xin will make full use of the advantages and technologies of big data, integrate industrial, academic, R & D and commercial resources, and build a "smart health data cloud system", so as to create an industry ecology integrating "production, learning, research and business".
In terms of product quality control, efforts should be made to achieve the full traceability of nutritional product production and quality control in line with cGMP standards, to trace the source of raw material suppliers, production suppliers, storage suppliers and sales suppliers, to ensure the consumer safety of users; to provide rich application information and applications for users with "digital media"; to integrate the supply chain system of the Internet and the Internet of things As a partner, build a channel platform, cultivate market terminal opportunities; build a "data neuron" as an analysis platform, provide analysis algorithms for academic and scientific research, and improve the efficiency of scientific research.
