From the perspective of unqualified products, mainly frozen drinks and bee products, the unqualified rate of sampling inspection is 6.1% and 5.7% respectively, and the unqualified rate of online food is 3.2%. The main causes of disqualification were microbial pollution, excessive residues of agricultural and veterinary drugs, and excessive use of food additives. The disqualification rates were 1.6%, 1.5% and 0.9% respectively.

Wang Tiehan disclosed that the next step of the General Administration of market supervision will be to resolutely implement the requirements of the "four strictest", focus on screening and resolving food safety risks, adhere to the bottom line of food safety, promote food producers and operators to fulfill their main responsibilities, strengthen market supervision and law enforcement, implement key food and catering quality and safety improvement actions such as infant formula milk powder, dairy products, meat products, etc., and safeguard people Security on the tongue of the people.
